STEPHANIE DEPIERRI, Owner, Estimator & Overseer
Stephanie has been with StoneFire from the beginning, working her way up through every department to become owner. With her vast experience in office management, showroom operations, and team leadership, she has a deep understanding of every facet of our business. Now, as an owner, she oversees our sales operations, head of estimating, company budget, and marketing efforts to ensure our continued growth and success.

Joe is the founder of StoneFire and he keeps us moving forward. Joe has a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of how outdoor spaces work and how they can enhance the lives of our customers.
With years of experience in hardscape design and build, Joe ensures every project is both beautiful and functional, tailoring each design to meet the unique needs of our clients.
MITCH DESPOSITO, Construction Manager
Mitch is the glue that holds our projects together. With years of hands-on experience, Mitch leads our field teams with precision and expertise. He oversees all construction efforts, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards. From managing contractors to troubleshooting on-site issues, Mitch makes sure everything is built exactly as envisioned.
EMILY WATERS, Financial & Marketing
Emily is the head of our financial operations, making sure everything runs smoothly on the numbers side of the business. She manages accounts payable and receivable, ensures that all bills are paid on time, and keeps our clients informed with accurate and timely invoices.
But Emily doesn't just keep our finances in order, she also brings her creative touch to our marketing efforts. Her expertise in marketing has helped us connect with our customers, whether through digital campaigns, social media, or brand awareness.
